Promeia

Promeia's Signature covers every need: an Anomaly Mastery mainstat to sustain her Core Passive, easily triggered DMG and mostly undiluted Abloom DMG buffs, and a 40-second duration that needs no upkeep. Her EX Special strings chain 2-3 Special-type moves back to back, so it's always maxed. As good as it gets for her.

At P5 Fusion Compiler comes close to Promeia's Signature: the PEN Ratio clashes with DEF Shred, but 24% ATK and up to 150 Anomaly Proficiency more than compensate. At P1 it's likely her best F2P option, though the far lower buff values reduce its value.

Aria's Signature is a strong premium stat stick with an Anomaly Mastery mainstat that feeds Promeia's Core Passive and unconditional Anomaly Proficiency. The AM lets it follow routes similar to her Signature and hold up where fast Anomaly application matters, such as Wind.

This Battle Pass engine remains a respectable A-Rank: decent stats and buffs that are almost always on. Short of premium S-Ranks it's the simplest, most generic pick, with no buff to manage or plan around.

A fine craftable choice. The ATK% mainstat is acceptable since Promeia isn't saturated on ATK, and the Anomaly Proficiency gain is strong, ramping quickly with her fast build-up. It suffers in high-stun teams where the bonus keeps resetting, so expect better results on double Anomaly or low-stun setups.
