Hold the Basic Attack button to launch a charged attack, dealing Ether DMG. Release at the right moment to trigger precise charging, increasing Daze dealt by 20%. Nangong Yu can perform up to three hits; the 2nd and 3rd each consume 50 Downbeats. After using a Chain Attack, Ultimate, or EX Special Attack, if enough Downbeats are available, hold Basic Attack to skip the 1st hit and directly perform the 2nd and 3rd hits, which always trigger precise charging. When Nangong Yu is the active character, Chain Attacks, Ultimates, and EX Special Attacks do not interrupt the combo count of this skill. During the 1st hit: Anti-Interrupt Level increases and DMG taken decreases by 60%; during the dash phase, enemy attacks can be Blocked (successful Block = precise charging). During the 2nd and 3rd hits: character is Invulnerable. Character is invulnerable during all attacks.

When the on-field character is about to be attacked, press the Switch button to activate. Parries the enemy's attack, dealing massive Daze. This skill excels at parrying enemy attacks and reduces the consumption of Assist Points when the character is under intense attacks. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Press the Basic Attack button after a Defensive Assist to activate. Launches a series of attacks on the target, dealing massive Ether DMG. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Press the Special Attack button to activate. Delivers a morning star attack, dealing Ether DMG.

When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press the Ultimate button to activate. Launch multiple attacks forward, dealing massive Ether DMG. Upon activating this skill, Nangong Yu activates Ether Veil: Delusion Reprise — while active, all squad members gain an additional 50 ATK for 30s. Re-activating Ether Veil: Delusion Reprise first deactivates the current instance. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Nangong Yu's Anomaly Proficiency increases by 120. When her initial Anomaly Mastery exceeds 110, each point above that increases her Impact by 1. When an enemy is Stunned, each time any character triggers Abloom DMG, Disorder DMG, or inflicts an Attribute Anomaly on the enemy, the enemy gains 1 stack of Vibrato (max 4). If Vibrato reaches maximum stacks and the target is under Ether/Electric/Fire/Physical/Ice/Wind Anomaly, or if the enemy has Vibrato and recovers from Stun, all Vibrato stacks are cleared. When cleared, if the target has a relevant Anomaly, Nangong triggers Abloom DMG equal to 720%/360%/900%/63%/90%/36% of the original Anomaly DMG (Ether/Electric/Fire/Physical/Ice/Wind). Each Vibrato stack increases this ratio by an additional 25%. During the same Stun period, once Vibrato is cleared, the enemy cannot gain Vibrato again. When Adorable Explosive Impact or EX Special Attack: The Unbearable Weight of Love hits an enemy: Nangong's Anomaly Buildup Rate +35%, Daze +20%, whole squad DMG +25% for 30s (repeated triggers reset duration). Downbeats: regenerate 3.8/s; +12 when any squad member inflicts an Attribute Anomaly (once per 6s). Max 100 Downbeats; starts with 30 upon entering the battlefield.

When another character in your squad is an Anomaly character or shares the same Faction: squad attacks vs Stunned enemy have +30% Anomaly Buildup; Chain Attacks vs Stunned enemy have an additional +30% Anomaly Buildup. On enemy Stun: Nangong gains 2 stacks of Dance Prowess (max 2, 15s; repeated triggers reset duration). With Dance Prowess: heavy attack from EX Special Attack, Adorable Explosive Impact, or Quick Assist hitting a Stunned+Anomaly enemy → consume 1 Dance Prowess → Polarity Disorder on all qualifying enemies (25% of Disorder DMG; triggers previous squad member's Quick Assist; does not clear Anomaly). With Dance Prowess: next switch-in → auto first charged hit of Adorable Explosive Impact (always precise). On enemy Stun: Nangong's next EX Special costs no Energy (once per 15s, lasts 15s). Nangong+Aria synergy: Aria's Basic Attack: Perfect Pitch heavy on Stunned+Anomaly → also consumes 1 Dance Prowess for Polarity Disorder. 3rd hit of Adorable Explosive Impact or Ultimate hitting enemy → applies Misstep (+30% Stun DMG Multiplier, +3s Stun duration; once per Stun period; ends on recovery from Stun).
