Undisputably best. Every Enlightened Mind State counts as Ether Veil — full uptime on its DMG Bonus and CRIT DMG. A blanket 20% Physical RES Shred benefits the whole team, and higher base ATK widens the gap over every alternative.
Surprisingly strong: nearly all Enlightened Mind State damage comes from Basic Attacks, which stack Brimstone naturally. No CRIT Rate substat avoids overcapping. At S5 it's highly competitive; at S1 it sits just behind Severed Innocence.
Soldier 0's signature — the best non-S5 alternative besides her own. No CRIT Rate bonuses makes substat building straightforward. 1 stack assumed in calculations; 2 stacks are achievable and improve performance further.
Best A-rank option. Her Entry Skill counts as a Quick Assist hit — activating the effect without needing to be switched to. Most combos last ~12s so full effect uptime is achievable in bursts. Note: Ultimate hits don't count, so time Quick Assists before Ultimates.
